"Linda is the most intuitive, wonderfully skilled massage therapist
I've ever experienced. I have scoliosis (my backed is curved like a
backwards S) and have had moderate to severe pain for years. My doctor
recommended that I get a massage monthly to decrease the tightness in
my back muscles. During my first session with Linda, I felt such
release, both physical and emotional and I have much more range of
motion and flexibility since. She is truly amazing!! Linda's work and
suggestions for follow up exercises at home have relieved me of chronic
pain. I have been seeing her monthly for over a year and would

"We were very impressed with the care we received from Linda as our
doula. She used the art of massage during my labor which helped me to
stay relaxed and focused. My husband also felt like a load was off his
shoulders and he wasn't worried like he would have been had it been

to check on us and make sure we were adjusting fine. We will be using

"When I first learned what a doula entailed, I knew it was perfect for Mark and I. As I envisioned all the things that would change and need to be done leading up to the birth of our first child......the idea of sitting in Lamaze class with other expecting mothers and fathers with varying degrees of experience, to learn things that I had already read in a book, and everyone tells you 'it isn't like you learn it in class" is not appealing.
"However, I knew that I was not the only one going to be in the room, and of all things, this was an experience I wanted to be memorable and enjoyable for both of us. "I stress our reference source and advocate, since Mark was so hesitant to hire what his friends called a cheerleader and a waste of money. As I look back to that wonderful day, Mark did everything I needed him to do: be by my side, emotionally and physically. I know that he would not have known when to massage my back, get me combs and ice chips, apply pressure here, then there, or make me so calm and relaxed without Linda's guidance.
